The project: Craft email content for a luxury travel site encouraging affluent customers to book a new property in Turks and Caicos.

The approach: Using AI persona research, I outlined this audience’s motivations and desires when booking trips to Turks and Caicos. I also selected images from a recent photo shoot that most effectively brought these selling points to life and paired them with the copy.

The result: A tailored, targeted email blast to travelers that effectively communicated the amenities of the property.
